Cancellation Policy:
To ensure a smooth and fair booking process, please take note of my cancellation policy outlined below:
- Reservation and Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure and reserve the dates for the climbing activity.
- Cancellation Deadline:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 4 days prior to the scheduled date of the activity.
- Guest’s Choice Not to Participate:
- In the event that a guest chooses not to participate or decides not to proceed with the climbing activity, no refund will be provided. This includes instances where a participant voluntarily opts out for any reason.
- Full Payment:
- Full payment for the climbing experience is required no later than 4 days before the scheduled date of the activity. Failure to complete the payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Please be aware that the cancellation policy is in place to account for the logistical arrangements, guide availability, and other considerations made in preparation for your climbing experience. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
